Working Principle of Loader Electronic Scale

Loader electronic scale is an electronic scale installed on the loader for measuring loading.The electronic loading and weighing scale is integrated with the mechanical control part of the loader to realize weighing during loader operation.Loader electronic scales can provide various loading information such as the single shovel value and cumulative value of the materials being weighed.And print a list, while loading, dynamically and synchronously reflect the loading amount, so as to help customers complete weighing operations with high efficiency and low cost, accurately load and unload, and refuse overloading.


Loader scale consists of:

  1. Oil pressure sensor---measures the pressure changes in the loader's hydraulic system;

  2. Position sensor---when the boom is raised to the proximity switch, the system collects the pressure value;

  3. Vehicle-mounted weighing display instrument --- calculates the weighing data and displays the weighing results on the instrument screen. The weighing instrument has functions such as printing date and time, displaying tare, order, and storing weight data and information. Normal loading work will not be affected during weighing.

Loader scale principle:

The loader scale measures the pressure difference at both ends of the wheel loader's lifting cylinder piston and uses digital simulation to convert the pressure difference into a weight signal.The weighing process is a fully dynamic measurement. The position sensor controls the pressure sensor to collect the effective value of the signal, performs data calculation and processing through the industrial bus computer, and prints the function.
